Donate Your Time

P4P hosts two major fundraising events each year: the Into Africa Auction in the fall, and a Spokane Civic Theater event in the spring. Volunteers are always needed to organize, publicize, sell tickets, procure donations and help the evening of the event. The auction and theater night are great ways to get involved and have fun with fellow P4P supporters.

Travel to Kenya with P4P

Twice a year our service teams travel to Kenya to provide medical and dental care and training, help design and implement fresh water projects, meet with potential scholarship recipients, teach villagers about health and sanitation, and work with local leaders. Trips are approximately nine days long and are self-funded. If you’d like to add a safari or Kenyan excursion onto your volunteer adventure, P4P can assist with your planning.

Host a Fundraising Event

P4P volunteers have organized imaginative events to raise funds for our programs. Run for P4P (friends and family donate to the miles you log), host a baby shower (no, you don’t have to be pregnant! Your guests’ monetary gifts go straight toward infant health programs), gather your crafty friends together and make baby blankets, host a wine tasting evening or an English tea brunch, organize a garage sale. Dream up a way to gather your friends, share your passion and help fund important P4P projects.
